Peakcorp’s primary focus is new residential builds. We can deliver the entire turn-key project or lock-up stage (if required). New builds are generally fast and cost-effective and are built to suit the Australian Standards implemented at the time of construction.

If we are engaged in the early stages of the project, we can help in the design process to ensure that our customers are designing a building that is low maintenance, strong and durable, while optimising the budget.

Our experience allows us to provide alternatives to costly and timely building methods with the use of new age lightweight materials and construction methods. Our builds incorporate new building systems and can utilise modern construction techniques which have proven to be more energy efficient, time-consuming, and faster than conventional older style methods.
