The project included the full design and construct of a luxury waterfront duplex with a large size basement. The development included state of the art designer finishes. The result achieved a very high resale upon completion which ensured the owner was happy with the investment.
This site was particularly challenging given major sewer diversion was required and the basement foundations where all below the water table.
