Homebush
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project included the consolidation of five residential lots and constructing forty-four residential units over double basements including two lifts and six levels.
This project required a substation be installed to increase the power to the unit site given insufficient energy installed at the boundary. The basement accommodated eighty-eight parked cars plus visitors allowance as well. The basements consisted of contiguous piling to the perimeter structure with anchors below the ground to brace, a fire sprinkler system and a 100,000 litre concrete tank to feed the hydrant booster in the event of a fire that was driven by two diesel pumps.
